Great hyperactive, passing-chord filled powerpop.

If there is a piano available, SOMEONE will play A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton.
Panic! at the Disco - I Believe in a Thing Called Love (The Darkness Cover)
One of my favorite albums of recent years. A great, sad, finale to said album.
Cause every pane of glass that your pebbles tap negates the pains I went through to avoid you
And every little pat on the shoulder for attention fails to mention I still hate you
We are not just trying to fit in…
I’m in this band. We don’t suck. Check us out!
This masterful little “fuck off” song (written by Tony Sly of NUFAN!) has always been my favorite by these underrated Israelites.
One of my favorite albums of all time. This song is definitely one of the highlights. And the lyrics are masterful.
4 For you Glen Coco. You go Glen Coco!
That fucking chorus…
The Click Five are such a genuinely good band. I’m not even ashamed anymore. I just downloaded their new album and it’s pure, hooktastic, synth-filled Powerpop glory.
A perfect opening song for a pop-punk record. The chorus is so hugenormous.
To add to my last entry…struggle is an important part of creating art. As is feeling like shit sometimes. I’m not trying to say that all emotion should be stifled. It should be embraced, in fact.
But seeing someone’s blog where literally EVERY fucking thing is either something about how that person’s life sucks or a gif of a goddamn cat is disconcerting. Just try to create a balance between optimism and feeling like shit; not just post dumb, depressing stuff to make people feel bad for you.
